He has two classics out the gate imo (food and liquor and the cool) plus his mixtape run before his debut was crazy. Label politics basically destroyed his career, Atlantic had him drop a pop album in Lasers at the peak of his popularity, it sold well but ended his relevance among hip hop fans and he was never able to find his footing again. Even with that being said he has given some of the greatest lyrical performances on record and his skill in his craft is alien like. I wish Kendrick would battle him and let him get finally get another breathe of life because I think he would destroy Kendrick, and that’s why he never took the bait but wants to go at a moist Canadian child actor.
