Seems like something you could do as long as you have other gigs that you can work with hours you decide. Like if you work for yourself and can go out for 3 hrs when it looks popping then go back to what you were doing. Wouldn't rely on this or any other one thing for your whole income needs

bout to get my car detailed today then probably meet with a lyft inspector later. i've talked with too many uber drivers in my area talkin about they're pulling in 300 just off 8 hours of work....saying they know guys pulling in 1500 a week. i'm in the inland empire so i'm surrounded by colleges and businesses. even if it's just 80-100 a day i'm good. I used to work warehouse making that shyt. destroying my back and going home filthy. got a 2005 acura tl so I really don't give a fukk about running that shyt into the ground. i'm just worried about this inspector being too strict. hopefully I don't gotta smack the fire out of him.

well I'm 5 minutes away from a downtown area full of bars and restaurants. I'm like dead in the middle of the city life. shyt is always live. I'm just trying to make 3-4 bills a week. if I can do that I'm good.

In a minute people are about be struggling, working 40 hours and only making 300-400,on top of car maintenance shyt like oil changes,car washes, new tires, gas and other shyt. Everyone i swear has shyt figured out, but won't take advice from who's been doing it for years.
Matter of fact the i.e. Is Dead, that's why there's people who drive in from there to LA everyday.
If you think I'm full of shyt,open up your uber passenger app, and look at all those cars out there...
There's no demand for that shyt right now. This weekend there will be demand, but after that it's slow again.....
And sure you can make $300 in 8 hours, just not this time of year. And I'm one of those cats that makes 1500 a week.

......you talking about just waiting one month. I'm not putting all my eggs into this right now. I'm just strictly trying to get some experience. get a feel for it. and by the time I'm really into it it'll be the busy season again. I'm not looking at this as a career. pretty much anything from this is a bonus. but I don't mind waiting a month for it to pick up.
