i do think it would be good for more people to be aware of it but all that attention drawing doesnt seem to ever end well

one thing will lead to another and i can almost garuntee which ever outside source jumping in will be trying to gain control and abuse that power instead of helping that community gain stability and when i say outside source i mean not apart of africa

Agreed. 'People' :beli: have been using the lack of unity in Africa for their own purposes for centuries now.

What's the deal with the tires

Its called necklacing. They lace the tires with petrol and put it over your head. Then set it alight. The rubber melts into your skin and it takes up to 20 minutes for the victim to die. The ANC used it in the 80s and it caught on in other African nations.

Street dealers in Brazil do it to suspected rats too. Sorry, American board. Rats are snitches.

Divide and conquer. The oldest rule in the book.

How do we bring about unity, that is the question. Playing the blame game won't help.

Reparations from the CACs for the rape of Africa is the most appropriate and just start.

Who should pay them? What governments. List them and give examples of why they owe reparations.

Should Poland?

Sweden?

Norway?

Ireland?

Australia?

Ukraine?

All predominantly "cac" countries as you so eloquently put it.

Lets say we do get reparations. A couple of trillion big ones into 50 odd dictators hands. Sweet for them. Not the local people.

And the "cacs" being outraged at their high tax bills to cover the reparations, stop giving to African based charities. So the local lad is screwed, whilst the lad in charge buys himself a few new bentleys and sends his harem of wives on a shopping spree to New York.

Think, brother. Think.

Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Holland...

I dont want no westerners interfering with Nigerian affairs. Period. Unfortunately though, we got that black gold. And with that, comes western interference. Look up shell and what sort of shady shiit they are getting up to in Nigeria.

What I meant by attention, was media attention and the Nigerian people putting pressure on the government and its police force to get their acts together. Nigeria is a beautiful country, man. The scenery and that is mind blowing. There are tens of thousands Nigerian graduates every year from some of the best universities on the planet. In a few years it will have one of the planets largest populations. The place has unreal potential. But it does have issues. Major ones. Issues that will not be cured by blaming all its ills on the westerners.

shell company? :ohhh: no wonder they are always on tv talking about how their gas is the best and cleanest bout to look into that

where does the african union play a part in this?

How much in aid do they pay to Africa?

I know Ireland pays 700 million to the third world. 700 million from a country that was colonised ten times longer than any African nation.

What about the North African slave traders who raided coastal villages around the world? They gonna have to step up to the plate to?

What sort of backlash would the impoverished African suffer if reparations were introduced and what sort of benefit would he/she enjoy?

Africa is the most resource rich country on the globe. We need proper leadership, not reparations. We can be leaders of our own destiny. We can build a continent that all our diaspora would want to come back to.

In a just and right world, Africa would get reparations and spend the money on helping its people. But we don't live in such a world. All that cash would be divided up by the political elite and squandered. Very little of it would trickle down to the average person.

So, lets say the EU pays out a massive chunk of change to Africa as reparations. Their citizens would be massively pissed off and use it as a reason why the EU should stop all humanitarian aid to Africa. A group of impoverished African asylum seekers turn up in an EU member state. No dice. Go back to where you came from. We paid you reparations.

So, the family go home and get slaughtered. Life for the average African would not improve one iota. Charities on the ground are struggling due to lack of funding. The average EU citizen, the most generous(charity wise) in the world, is all Africaed out. Hes paid reparations and not another red cent shall they get from him.

Thus, life is a dream for the ruling elite. The average African is left in abstract poverty.

Really want them reparations, bro?

lol when its put like that no but its funny though because i just read about the shell company and they are pulling out all of that petrol but most of the money made isnt being put back into the place its being drawn from and they even tried to offer a measly 15 mil in USD to compensate for all the money they made even after they paid off some locals to keep quiet and conform so they can remain in a position of power over what they do and do not owe

if all of these euro companies who take from the land without giving back wether it be oil diamond or whatever were forced to put back more than half of what they make directly into the community through construction/improving of schools, hospitals, foodmarkets, law enforcement and places to live than i could see this as a form of reparations that cannot fail but would take unprecedented action to ever gain real momentum

That is capitalism 101. Seriously, any student of economic should read up on the Niger Delta on his or her first day of class. These Shell vermin follow me around like the motherfooking plague. They are doing the same to my adopted nation as they are to my ethnic homeland. Absolute scum, bro. They freeloading the Irish peoples resources just like they are the Nigerians. Politicians getting paid, but. That's all they care about.

Preaching to the choir, bro. The Nigerian bigwigs in government have been handsomely paid off by Shell. They don't give two fooks about the average Nigerian worker. They got paid. They gonna live out their life in luxury.

The lad working in a 9-5 job is struggling to put food on the table for his family. Shiit is disgusting.
