What changed?

Gibbs don't be saying shyt.

His antics pushed me over the edge.

I'm a keen listener. Thats why even the spacey rappers who don't "say" much are fine with me because they're focused on the final product. Gibbs is just masking the fact he's not saying much.

I like All American Badass more than any Gibbs project tbh, and Joey can touch subject matters Gibbs can’t. You think 1999 isn’t better than any other Gibbs project?

I think 1999 is better than lower tier projects like ESGN and Shadow of a doubt, but it doesn’t sniff Piñata, Cold Day In Hell, Alfredo, and several other Gibbs releases. Gibbs is better on voice alone, much less everything else. Joey can get swapped out for a lot of other younger NY rappers and you wouldn’t miss a beat.

Back then Gibbs was a just a cool underground rapper.

Now that hes dropped a couple classics, made his acting debut and dissed a few of their favorite rappers, hes now seen as "corny"
