When ... was alive they was talking who's the better MC between Mase and ... Mase naturally (for obvious reasons) had the appeal with women and his COC sound was so raw. Lyrically Mase was Ready To Die in his COC days and polished up/down on some Life After Death shyt when Puff signed him.
These two have always been Puff's cornerstones for Bad Boy. Everyone else after weren't on this level or were copies (Loon/Shyne)

I'll do it for you. Big L was a beast but it's to the point now where he's overrated. He was not at the level where some people wanna place him. I prefer Mase and Killa.
He was equally just as raw lyrically as L. L was more witty but as we got to see Mase was the more complete artist and went onto prove it. But I'm talking the other Big not L
