The phone is her property. He has no right to steal it from her.

If she's causing a distraction he can send her to the office
Exactly. These nikkas think she’s entitled while they go on and on about taking someone’s property away. Simply remove her from class. You do not have the right to take away someones property. It’s like these idiots can’t comprehend that.

fukk off. My children have rights wherever they are.

Y’all love playing lawyer. If kids are allowed their phones on school property he has no “right” to take it.

Even if the district policy is that a teacher can confiscate a phone that does not mean it will stand up in court. Courts are not run by some school or district rule.

He also physically touched her and ran away from her because he didn’t want to have to answer to her. He is the adult supposedly in charge.

Also :mjpls: at the bolded.
It’s funny these people think they have the moral high ground while saying stupid shyt like “you have no rights because you’re a child”. Literal autism :heh:

Easy solution. Faraday cage.

Next a behavioral grade that could fail you if the teacher documents a certain number of infractions per quarter.

cacs should not be taking phones for hostage.

This is the wackiest excuse out. How did you manage when you were in school?

Wacky?

There were no cell phones when I was in school. So how I dealt with not having one isn’t relevant.

I know that in 2023 everyone has a cell phone and parents have a direct line to their kids via that cell phone.

You have no idea if a student has to pick up siblings, work an after school job, care for an elderly relative, etc. and it is none of your business or a school’s business why a student needs their phone.

Do hospitals confiscate the phones of disruptive patients? Do retail stores take away phones of customers recording?

The Truth
This thread might go deca-platinum.

For the WBP (White Billy Porter), I feel like he wanted to get pepper sprayed one more time, to make the lawsuit against the Board of Education better

For the young "queen", she can argue that society has made it so that her phone is literally as important as breathing for her, so that's why she was willing to go to those measures.
Well he definitely have a lawsuit on his hands and she is going to jail for it.

Saw a chick pepper spray another chick just because she was didn’t like the other chick… instant jail time

That is assault with a deadly weapon if I’m not mistaken

Taking someone’s phone in school isn’t grounds to mace someone. I’m wondering how he got the phone because he definitely wouldn’t be going through my pockets

She’s a child on school property, she has no rights. The cac is probably going to sue the school district on grounds of unsafe work environment, win some cash and move to a rich suburb where his talents are appreciated. He was likely only there because they promised to pay his student loans. The student will have a felony assault charge and likely be expelled all because her parents didn’t instill in her the respect for authority and educators. This will only hurt the district and the Black students who do want to learn as the school will likely have to cut costs to pay the lawsuit and raise the salary and benefits to find any teacher that will work there.

Look, If you don’t like the rules of civilized society you can form a commune and entertain all your ratchet spawn there. Nobody is making you participate. :yeshrug:
Some of these kids are wasting their time and need to go straight to Amazon. If you not gonna try, just go to a warehouse at 16 or 17 and let the white man tell you what to do their rather than in jail.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
For those saying stop taking the kids phones. What are the teachers supposed to do? Let the kids do whatever they want in class? Other students in class to learn.

Sad times.
I remember when muthafukkas couldn't even chew gum in class. Now people really saying a teacher has no right to confiscate electronics that are distracting the students from working?? See the problem is the parents. As u can see. shyt I remember at work when cell phones used to have to be put in lockers and weren't permitted on the floor.
