So how this even work, how did Mach get hold of these beats? It's wild to steal beats and then release an album with them as if nothing happened
I mean they get beat tapes from producers all the time. Once you're in the game, it's not that hard to get beats from different producers. I was never a rapper or a producer and just working for some producers I ended up with beats on my hard drive from some well known producers in the 00's and 10's.

Mach and Conductor have worked a lot already. Conductor definitely has sent him a ton of beats over the years. But Mach has a habit of taking beats that he has access to and just recording on them and releasing them.

Thanks, yeah that makes sense.
So breh had those beats sitting on his disk and really decided to do an album with it and not even clear it with Conductor:francis:

I think both things can true. Earlier in the year they were both talking about "conductor we have a solution" but also Mach has done that in the past specifically with THE GAT where he was charging a starting price of 3-5K per vinyl but didn't clear it with the producers and did not give them a dime.

At the label.

None of us ever even thought that. I never heard anybody outside saying that either. Only people I ever heard speaking on that, were people online who have a history of not liking dude. Plus, the flow they claim he stole from Chris, he was using during the Dynasty sessions. Which was way before Chris and Neef even came around. Ab Liva, Dutch and Spade were the first people I ever heard using that. Definitely wasn't Chris or anyone on Roc.

But yeah, Jay was doing that in freestyles and on Clue tapes before anyone even met Chris. So it's just another one of those things that caught fire online and people ran with it. Which is why, even when Chris was beefing with Jay and had issues with him, he still said that it wasn't true because he knows. He didn't get that from Chris. That was a flow that a lot of people were using around '98-'00. That's why Bleek said everybody just was influenced by each other. Because at that time, there were a million different flows going on and most MC's would just go with whatever worked for them. But it's like Chris said, Jay was already doing that by the time he got to the label.

Truth be told, he got that from street dudes that used to be around who rapped, before Chris even came to the label. That's all Dutch and Spade. Most people just don’t know who they are, so they speak about Chris. They had a crew of dudes who used to rap and would have mad different styles. They idolized Jay and they were supposed to sign to Roc, but they ended up signing with Un. This was '98. Dutch and Spade were always around because Jay really wanted to sign them and loved those dudes. That was a flow they used to use in the cyphers we used to always have at the office. There was no Young Chris at the time. That's a Philly street thing, but it comes from Dutch and Spade, not Chris.

Jay's idea was to have these dudes be a part of the Dynasty, but they decided to sign elsewhere.
So which one is it? He steal it from Chris or Dutch? Like others have said, either is fine (even though there's no evidence in any way re Dutch aside from 'oh I was there').

Last month it was literally 'nah Jay don't steal from anyone', this week 'yeah Jay stole it from some other Philly cats, but not Chris!'. Like that somehow changes the Shang Tsung narrative, lol!

This backs up everyone's assertion, there's a long history of Jay either taking peoples entire songs or their flows, he hears it and he does the Usain Bolt. This can't be denied? AND IT'S OKAY TO ADMIT THIS. JAY WILL STILL LIKE YOU. We all collected everything from Jay's catalogue physically then too, it's not blasphemous if it's the truth.

What about Sha Stimuli? Ooh..there's another name that's obscure, except I don't use it to try and impress or gain invisible rap points. Still happened though.

What about Beans?

What about Mach Hommy?

What about Cam?

What about Peedi?

None of this is gossip? It's called a body of evidence. The same way there's a body of evidence that Puff took publishing, bogus production credits, signed artists to unrealistic album numbers etc. Everyone knows that, like everyone with an astute ear knows about Jay.

i told yall he stole these beats from conductor lol.... i knew what it was when conductor went off on him on his live....they had to hurry up and get this off platforms. i assume some of these were even used by other artists just havent come out.

I figured, lol.

That's why I posted what I did. The joints didn't even sound like they were done in an actual studio. Mach seemed like he had a stash of unknown CW beats and just did his own thing on them, at the crib or something, but without permission. I don’t see the sense in it though, if you know the shelf-life is only gonna be about 15 minutes once CW finds out.

These dudes are wild reckless.

I don’t think Mach put it up on streaming though, the album leaked few weeks back & I think 1 of his fans just put it under a alias name.

This right here.

I have a million beat tapes from dudes. Legends and people we speak about on here all day. But the rule has always been that you respect their music. I could totally call people I know that rap and just have them rap over these beats and throw it online. But nobody in their right mind would ever do that, but Mach. LOL!!

That's kinda how I knew this wasn't official and wanted to download it mad quick. Because I knew that sh*t was getting pulled FAST! He's wildin' for this one.

I tried streaming whenever possible until 2024 to support the artists I liked, but I ultimately gave up. I hate dealing with things being removed, replaced, or altered. It's just too frustrating. I use local files now and try to support artists I like by getting some merch or purchasing physical albums again.

Everyone here should just use SoulSeek. It's stupid easy to use and you can find anything and everything in like 30 seconds
