Madlib is talented, but he hasn't worked with enough good rappers to even compare to ALC.

this. he works with cats i dont feel like even checking for....Alc might do something with an artist who i dont know or care for(Boldy james/Durag Dynasty) but it comes out interesting....i'll pass on a new Wildchild or Roc C record.

I've heard some of his beats, not a lot. He's a good producer, creative I don't see any bangers though and this is hip hop. If he has some bangers post them up.

Alchemist is the better music producer. Sure Madlib can find a few cool samples together and throw them on a Beat Konducta CD, but he's not making songs on the same level as Al.

Madlib doesn't even sound like he takes the time to master his shyt.

Madlib maybe more musically inclined, gifted whatever, but when it comes down to it.

Alc is producing this

I understand what you're saying actually, but Alc is a rap robot, he's mastered this genre in terms of production for me, even if his shyt ain't as soulful and as sincere as Dilla or Madlibs shyt.
