They all sing better than her and have better songs but it is what it is.
Madonna has a terrible voice, but she's a great songwriter and besides Janet, she made much more interesting, challenging music than the other female pop superstars at the time. She's not seeing Janet as far as the dance moves but she's probably the GOAT white female dancer and live performer in pop music

yeah, Janet's run from '86 to '97 is the GOAT run in female pop music history imo. She fell off once she divorced that Mexican dude who I think helped her with a lot of her songs. All 4 U was aight but everything after that was trash
