Personally? I love boxing training and their methods the best but it's not that hard for me since I'm already a thin frame so adding muscle and keeping the stomach semi shredded is kind of easy.

You could prob do that in 3-4 months if you are consistent breh. I'm sure it took him 11 months because it's damn near impossible to eat healthy when you have to travel a lot.
Edit 155 how tall are you and is there muscle under the fat already? Did you play ball etc if so that muscle memory will have you nice in 2 months depending on your height. You seen how I got the general @Los!he in shape champ

Give yourself a day to cheat a bit breh, look at being fit like a lifestyle. A burger isn't going to make you fat just like a set of push ups isn't going to make u brolic.
