what is ESPN's aversion to actually putting people on this show that are comfortable on camera on this show?...I like Simmons and Jalen but not on TV...I've enjoyed Simmons writing in the past and his podcasts are entertaining...I think Jalen's podcasts are really good...but both of them come across as totally uncomfortable on television...the effortless conversation I've heard from them in podcasts just doesn't translate to the studio show at all.

Doug Collins is repetitive whenever in studio...and he always seems to dumb down his analysis on studio segments where as an in-game color analyst he seems to be more comfortable and more at ease analyzing the game within the natural rhythm of it
I like Burke during games...but I've never seen her host a show...I mean Erin Andrews was good as a sideline reporter and completely incompetent on the desk for Fox college football games...sometimes the transition to the studio isn't easy

Simmons vehemently denied the accusations which youd expect but neither Magic or Wilbon have come out and said the rumors about Simmons getting them fired is false which says alot.
