people talkin bout "keep things in perspective, look at the bigger picture" but aint givin no real ways how. i suggest tryin meditation. you gotta remove yourself from all your thoughts and emotions to get a true understanding/appreciation of yourself and life in general

You can be the best person in the world but thats not gonna stop other people from doing things that are gonna drag you down the road of negativity.
Im not saying be a bytch.
If somebody does something bad to you then you should stand up for yourself.
But if you in a parking lot and somebody ninja jacks your spot just think to yourself "was it really serious enough for me to do all that extra shyt"

Learn to take things in stride....getting upset is a natural reaction but don't let it become a lifestyle. Everything can be replaced, repaired or an alternative found too. Remember that you have a support system in family, friends and loved ones.

And most of all remember that the best remedy to sadness is progress. Feel like you getting down, complete some tasks that you been putting of and watch how clear your mind becomes.

Real talk. All these words and quotes are good and all but its pretty tough sometimes. I remember having to deal with depression earlier in life and no amount of anything could put stuff in perspective for me.

The best advice I can give is to remove yourself completely from things that stress you out... No matter how much you want to keep it around. Ultimately it will be worth it in the long run.

The manifestation of thoughts fill your head with positive, you out put positive and you get it back as well. :manny:

the more you think about it the higher the probability it is for it to actually happen.

I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS. lol

You need to be ever-cognizant of your thoughts and emotions, then figure out why you have them,
then figure out if those are thoughts and emotions you want to keep feeling or else change.
That is what will lead you true understanding/appreciation of yourself and life in general.


As far as everything else...yeah, there are wretched people things all around...but you don't have to be that.
And, you'll find that if you oppose it when it's in your face, most times it will leave you. Darkness likes
darkness.
