people talkin bout "keep things in perspective, look at the bigger picture" but aint givin no real ways how. i suggest tryin meditation. you gotta remove yourself from all your thoughts and emotions to get a true understanding/appreciation of yourself and life in general

Also think of things in a grander quantum physics kinda way.
The manifestation of thoughts fill your head with positive, you out put positive and you get it back as well.
the more you think about it the higher the probability it is for it to actually happen.
I get stuff Done that I can be proud of and that alone shuts stress down.
