You gotta hand it to 19-year-old Sarah Furay of College Station, Texas. If her huge smile is any indication, she seems to have a good attitude about getting busted for having large quantities of meth, cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy, and a hallucinogenic similar to LSD.
KCEN reported that cops found “31.5 grams of packaged cocaine, 126 grams of high grade marijuana, 29 ‘ecstasy’ tablets, methamphetamine and a 60 doses of a drug similar to LSD.”
Damn.
According to the probable cause statement, Furay reportedly had packing materials, two digital scales and a handwritten list of her inventory in her possession. Goddammit, girl, what did Stringer Bell say about taking noteson a criminal fukking conspiracy?
In addition to all the physical evidence, KBXT reported that cops also found several incriminating texts on Furay’s phone orchestrating drug deals. Truth be told, she’s probably not any worse a drug dealer than any of these folks.
The Eagle broke down the charges and sentencing Furay faces:
Because of the amount of marijuana police found, that charge is a state jail felony, which can garner up to two years in jail and $10,000 in fines. Furay also faces two first-degree felony charges and one second-degree felony charge for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. If convicted of the three charges, she can face a sentence of 215 years in prison and up to $30,000 in fines.
Furry spent a night in Brazos County Jail before being released after posting her $39,000 bond.
Although reports don’t explicitly state that Furay is enrolled at Texas A & M campus, or any college, we’re gonna go ahead and assume that Furay was taking an entrepreneurial approach to avoiding student loan debt.
UPDATE: According to Daily Mail, Furay is listed as a dean’s list student at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas. The site also managed to dig up her Hot or Not (remember that site?) photos.
