I should've stuck with a major that was math-related. I aced all my math courses. Also got A in physics cuz it had so much Math. Failed horrible in biology and that was suppose to be the easiest of the science classes. Failed regular chemistry, but retook another chemistry for engineer majors and got a B. My dumb ass end up majoring in architect because it seemed more interesting but I should've did civil engineering. It's no real math needed in Architecture except they make you take Geometry:mjlol:.inwas shocked at all student s who struggled with that shyt. Geometry was simple and easy in middle school. It didn't get no harder in college. Shyt was so easy I refused to go to it 5 times a week. I ended up dropping my original course and went to another geometry course than was only attended once a week for 4 hours and only came to that class in the last hour of class to get my assignment and dill

I took a math class every semester just because they were high- credit classes and they kept gpa highly. My couselor recommended that after I got close to academic probation

Biotechnology has a lot of applications in the real world. You would eat good off that.

But personally you're gonna eat good with anything in Engineering.

Natural sciences like biology, chemistry, and physics don't do very far with making money unless you also do graduate school, the only exception is if you've done internships and research back in undergrad.

That's my issue tho breh. Civil engineering was always my first choice but the school I'll be going to doesn't have engineering.

The schools here that do have engineering are way more expensive and they don't offer evening classes.

That shyt didn't start making sense till I retook the class next semester :mjlol:.

Exactly that. Breh I retook so many classes :mjlol:

Yall ain't never lied. I retook so many Math and engineering classes. Most of the time I would drop the class before the dropped date. A lot of people I knew left the program (most going to Computer Science) but I stuck it out. I didn't realize until my junior year why I was failing these classes. I didn't know how to study. It took me about 3.5 years to realize I couldn't study like I did in high school. Once I learn how to study and start studying with my classmates I never dropped a class again. However, my school made a lot of money off of me retaking classes.

:bryan: No lies told.

I practically took every course in my major more than once. White cats would be in class talking about how they studied Linux this and networking that in High School. I'm like breh we barely had working computers and internet at my high school. That shyt paid off though a breh is eating out here. :win:

within satisfying my requirements for my CS degree only 2 classes gave me grief

Discrete Math and Calc 2..Discrete math was a CS elective..I forgot how many credits I needed for that but I did have an option to take something else besides that..one of only 2 C's i got in undergrad BUT since it was a 200 level course it counted toward my major as long as i didnt fail it outright..Calc 2 was my final required Math class to satisfy my math requirement..professor was a brilliant drunk who did not know how to teach...study groups with math majors and other miscellaneous majors who needed calc 2 saved my ass

That sucks. Why not find another school that offers Engineering then?

And as for Biology, the best thing to do is to also minor in something related in addition to the major itself(preferably a minor that overlaps some classes with the biology requirements so that will be actually less classes needed to take.

my lady when she was in her accelerated advanced nursing program a couple years ago has to take that and she was constantly :damn: whenever she told me about that...told me it was the hardest class she ever took...how different is that from regular ass chemistry? :patrice: i aced regular chemistry in undergrad with no problems
