To be honest I'm surprised Greater Richmond lost so many of us, and Tidewater is gaining so many of us, because it's a more enriching and fulfilling black experience in Rich, period...

Both Nfk and VB cities are losing black people but the metro is gaining them. Rich is losing in the city too...
