If a man only wants sex and to bounce, he's going to only want sex and to bounce. Doesn't matter if you make him wait six months or six hours.
I understand the rationale but it's a short sighted and lazy way of gauging whether or not a man seriously views you as a mate.
What's more, a lot of men who may have been genuine will be immediately turned off by arbitrary waiting periods and move on, especially if they have options.



Sex should happen spontaneously and naturally.
It's insincere to put a time line on it.
It's perfectly normal to get to know someone personally before having sex.
Two different things that a lot of women conflate.

Yeah, I think she was thiking if he waits to get inside of me that means he wants to get to know me. Also, seeing how she is she was probably looking to turn him into a bytch . You right. I think it also ties into how serious the woman views the guy, which I guess still coincides with rep.
A couple of women I dealt with in undergrad tried to give me timelines and they both wanted to seriously date. Like meet the parents kinda dating.
Every woman won't do that but some will because they're worried about perception and being perceived as a quick lay by what they think is a quality, longterm mate.
Its almost always a red flag to most men though, which defeats the intent.
She's usually trying to dispell the notion she's easy because she has or had a rep back home for being just that.

Honestly I dont know of many woman that make a man wait vice versa , outside of those that might want to wait to get married or until there in a relationship with someone.

its a bad mentality to have IMO let say you're having that moment when it's about to happen but you put a stop to it because of a 6 months rule that you are imposing its only a matter of time until the guy bounces

it just seems kinda ridiculous to see a person, like them, talk to them romantically as a person when you're really looking at them like a countdown for sex, especially in this case when he dipped after he got it, like there weren't other women who are willing to not wait 6 month
lots of people have been fukkin since middle school, everyone doesn't need to be a conquest

I personally don't see myself getting between the sheets after a 3rd/4th date. I can understand why some do, but it's not for me. Some people hit off immediately and go for it, so I understand why.

How long women wait USUALLY = HOW valuable she feels the man will be to her future and how traditional of a dude she perceives him to be. ...

If she knows a dude not shyt she might fukk him quickly bc she wants some dikk...

If she thinks dude is "marriage material" she may wait as long as she can OR until he does so "gesture" that indicates she "got em" and can feel safe to fukk without said fukking, interfering with her relationship goals for them

In the case of the OP more than likely her sex was "bad" or not compatible with her partners....if they made it 6 months they never had any chemistry
