I'm in NJ and worked at a Non-Profit Community Help Organization for 11 years. Our offices were located across the street from a methadone clinic and my organization got some funding to deal with addiction and HIV/AIDS Prevention just like this bill proposes.

No one gave out crack pipes.

That entire story is the SAME Republican bullshyt they said back in the late-90's/early-2000's.
