My take after taking a day:

Im hearing young girl was getting getting threatened by a grown ass woman. That’s how I’m addressing this situation until confirmed.

Cop wanted to shoot. He had hella time to warn of a taser coming or a non lethal. And believe me I was in the GF protests every city got mad non lethals on deck.

Part that gets me is cop still had it pointed at a suspect with a knife while she was dying on the ground. Didn’t even try to render aid. That showed me how fearful white people are of blacks.

Breh after he shot her the other cop attends to her and the pig that shot her looks around. Then finally asks the cop attending her....do you need me to do something...:mindblown:

This is the laquan mcdonald situation again. Where the cop pulls up late after other cops are at the scene and jumps out and starts shooting.

This dude arrived ready to shoot cause when the girl was knocked down he immediately pulled out his gun. Like immediately.

These kats think they playing call of duty and ready to shoot as soon as they on the scene. Pigs think they playing a video game or on some big game hunting safari.

I agree cops gotta deescalate, they never do, but there was no deescalating this situation. As matter of fact, why didn't the father deescalate?

Shooting bullets in the air is dangerous, they can come back down and kill somebody. Shooting someone in the leg, you hit that major artery and they basically die instantly

Father was out here kicking young girls in the head smh :snoop:

This is a hard one.

Those were grown ass women attacking a child so I understand why she would have a knife for protection. But neither girl looked like a threat by the time the cops got there, maybe she was too young to understand that attacking people with a knife in front of a cop is like asking to get shot, but that was a bad move.

I can't really blame the cop, she came out of nowhere with that knife and from the looks of the video, she was serious about using it. No time to stop and contemplat all the facts of the situation when other people's lives are in danger.

He kinda did though.

Cop walks up and asks whats going

Makiah then runs and hits the one girl. When that girl goes down the dad starts kicking her in the head

Cop is looking at that as makiah goes after the girl in the pink holding the dog. He notices and yells either "get down " or" put it down " 3 times. Then when she goes to stab, he shoots. Its tragic but he didnt have much choice
When he walked up he said what's going on then hey hey hey get down get down get down meaning people get out the way he's about to shoot

Apparently, she lived in a foster home and people kept fukking with her and it was a bunch of grown women trying to jump her.

The moral of this story is that this poor girl got the worst kind of hand in life. The odds of the evils just was too much to handle. When you have to deal with the bullshyt of drama and you try to avoid it by calling on help from a system that is suppose to "protect and serve" only to get killed by that same "help" while your own enemies all of the sudden care for your dying soul, when all you wanted out of life is to be loved.

We do not know her backstory, but I can vouch that like the girls that my wife tried to help in a group home...most of these girls just want for once to feel free. They don't deserve the woes of dealing with a system along with the history of what got them in the darkest point of their lives. They deserve understanding and a divine purpose in life.

Sadly she will be looked at as the "girl that tried to swing with a knife and got killed before escalation. Open and shut case", rather than a girl that could have been saved by police if there was a better way beyond pulling the trigger.

And this is the type of post you expect to see on a black site, concerning the shooting of a black child by a white police officer in these trying times:salute:

not this “justified shooting” , “he eliminated the target bullshyt”, “tasers don’t work”

people siding with the police, bullshyt all throughout this thread

New video from a different angle

Police shoot, kill teen Ma’Khia Bryant after stabbing attempt

That cop didn't have to shoot her, she was an arms length away from him and not threatening him directly. He chose to pull a gun immediately instead of a taser. Had his hand on it as soon as he got out of the car

There's an argument for shooting once he has the other girl up against the car, but it didn't have to get to that point. Instead of breaking up the fight the coward panicked and pulled his gun :pacspit:
