Ive been to the taco truck on cedar and church but i cant think of where 1st and church is. that truck is really good. theres one at the cherry auction i really like too. best tripas ive tasted. right down the street from my house a little stand has the al pastor rotesserie thats really good. nothing cures a craving like a good taco. what part of town you live in?

The burbs have some straight up basura ass mexican restaurants

The only towns, that I know of, that have a decent taco place outside of Chicago is Aurora and Elgin

Los Comales in Aurora is pretty good

El Faro in Elgin though

well living around a lot of mexicans comes in handy here. they don't eat tacos like ya'll nikkas with ground beef, taco seasoning lettuce and tomatoes and sour cream with salsa. they are right. that shyt is trash in comparison to real tacos.

im talking corn shells with skirt steak, cilantro, onios and lime juice. and if u are a negro, throw some chihuahua cheese on them joints like I did. hell, I even put some tomatoes on, but they ain't necessary.

anyways, here are what authentic tacos look like:

unlike the burrito bowls, these taste just as good if not better than ANY mexican taqueria around my crib.
