I have a bunch of very alive plays right now, with one of my biggest being the one below.

Mitchell 3+ three point FG's made.
Klay 3+ three point FG's made.
Murray 3+ three point FG's made.


It's a +5984, and both Mitchell and Klay hit already. Murray has three made in the first quarter, but it's 24-3 right now. I usually never cash out, but would you cash out for +3800? Those would essentially be the odds I'd cash out at? I think I'm going to hope the Jazz make a little run and decide at half-time unless Murray hits it before then.

If anything, and I may be braindead for doing this, I might throw something on the Chiefs or some of their players for the game tonight. I know they are a big underdog, but it's the NFL and a divisional game.

I am very aware they are losing bets in the long run, but I'll do the parlays if I get a profit boost. The longshot parlays I'll put together are typically $5-10 per parlay.

I used to do a lot more straight bets that were probably $300-1,000 per bet, but once you hit a bad streak it's rough. And, with the way the NBA and NFL are nowadays where injuries are extremely common and teams resting players, I feel like there's a little bit more of an advantage to taking underdogs now.

My weakness has been three passing TD parlays, and now it's the three point FG's. I've definitely had more success with the NBA three point parlays than the NFL TD ones. I actually started doing the 30 yard reception plays recently, and that's been my best bet.

With that said, I'm not someone who is going to claim I'm a winning gambler. I am absolutely WAYYYYYYYY down over the past 15 years or so. Been much better the past year with sports (blackjack in the summer killed me), and I'm up a bit since the beginning of October. Nothing is worse than people on social media that act like they are these gambling gurus that hit at absurd rates. Anyone consistently posting parlays is likely (99%) not a winning bettor.



Edit: In some ways, I've just stopped doing large wager straight bets and started doing much smaller long shot parlays. The total amount I'm wagering on the parlays is still significantly less than what I was wagering years ago on straight plays.

Completely agree. Tuesday was the worst day I ever had in a while. I went 4-3 but my max bets all lost on some BS.
