The past month, and especially the past few days as been the worst run of closest plays I've had in years.
Went 5/6 on two plays the other day for a +3800 and +4000 play. Ended up losing the final leg, and I couldn't really hedge due to the line changing.
Tonight might have been even worse. Had a +3700 and a +3900 tonight. Hit 5/6 on both plays. I took Klay for 13 points in one play........he ended up with 12. I was going to do what I usually do and take him for over 3 1/2 three point FG's, but I decided to take him for 13 points instead. Then my second play, I took Metcalf for over 58 1/2 receiving yards and he ended up with 55 receiving yards.
Don't worry, that's not all the pain. I took Flagg, Durant, and Kawhi for 10+ points scored in the first quarter. Flagg and Durant hit. Kawhi had seven points in the first three minutes and finished the quarter with seven points. That was a +12355 play.

Took KAT and Wemby to score 10+ points in the first quarter. Odds are +13208.
Was just looking at most points scored in the Knicks and Spurs game tonight. There is Brunson at -135, but then everyone other than him is at least +600 or greater. Thinking it might not be a bad idea to take KAT/Wemby/Fox/Castle/Bridges/Hart all in separate straight bets. If one of them ends up scoring the most points, I'll break even at worse. The odds are +600 up through +5500 for those players. Obviously, Brunson could certainly score the most and there's a chance someone other than the players I listed do too, but I don't think those odds are terrible.

He's been pretty bad for me lately as well. Felt the slate was too light to do any NBA today. I have been having some luck with Hockey. Haven't hit any multi leggers but my iso bets have been hitting pretty consistently. Think it helps that I don't follow hockey. So I'm just kind of see what Reddit and Twitter have been saying and not get to wild when picking guys on their odds.
Absolutely killed it last night on TNF. The OT JSN TD cashed a bunch of plays for me.
Up 44.75 units on the night.
Any thoughts on the CFP first round games? Only play so far for me is Over 40 in the Bama/OU game. Seems very low
