Should they be favored? Depends on what its based on. If its based on last week then no, and if its based on record then no
Otherwise, Cowboys will win this game. Minnesota is mad decent, but they not a powerhouse and neither is dallas. But dallas will win games and Minnesota is the types of teams dallas can beat. Dallas woudln't have pulled off the win vs buffalo, but Minny isn't the same and so it is what it is.

And with how Vegas works to keep itself rich, this seems like a trap where anyone who believes in Minnesota will put there money on that.
