Easy, he fumbled it and turned it over in their final drive.

Who else do you blame for that? It's not like they were blown out, he had a chance and blew it. It's on him.

Personally, I don't see it as all that impressive. It just points to a lack of a balanced offense. Any good QB can inflate passing yards with a good line and without a running attack.

Dan marino and Drew Breez set records with it

Brady gave the defense 33 points and the lead!

They were UP 33-32

Being down by 8 they had to air it out in the final 2:16.

Brady steps back and is clearly looking for a big throw downfield, yet the OFFENSIVE LINE lets the rusher get to brady right at 3 seconds from the snap.

That is enough time to let a lot of plays develop, but not when the designed play was a deep strike. I cant blame him for the fumble at all.

We should readily blame the head coach, and all the defensive coordinators though, especially before we crucify the players.

For real, I think when people hear this dudes name they think "SB winning INT", dude is a good DB but he's not a game changer.

Your post makes zero sense..noone is saying he is Dieon...yes he's a good corner and arguably their Best corner..which is all that matters..he's played in almost 99% of their snaps for a reason...obviously Rowe wasn't ready to play from the start and can't defend the way Butler does for THEM...

He does this shyt to black players when it’s time to pay them.. that’s why I dont understand why any brothers go there and play for that clown..

Props to Blount for sticking it to those faggits :salute:

in all fairness he did bench Welker for making foot fetish jokes about Rex Ryan :lolbron:

Cant really blame Brady but he did have a couple of opportunities like not catching that ball thrown by Amendola. It was a lil overthrown but still catchable. But still way more blame goes to Pats D and ST.
to each his own. It came down to the fumble imo. he had a chance.

if he had tied/won the game everyone would heap praise on him for it.

He blows it and now everyone is shifting blame.

Eagles embarrassed the no.1 defense in the league last week against the Vikes...so i don't get where people get this idea that this wouldn't have happened anyway

You guys act like Row was getting wrecked on defense. That TD thrown over him was a perfect pass and he was right there.

They aired it out all game..all he did was sit behind the line and pass to wide open Wrs with little to no pressure.

He had 2 minutes to execute a drive--and most Pats fans were expecting a comeback with that amount of time left.

You can blame Belicek, you can blame the D, and you can blame the line...but the game was over when he fumbled.

You see it as a small part of the loss, I see it as the defining play.

Besides, the eagles offense destroyed the Vikes last week.....why in the world does anyone think that this wouldn't have happened to the Pats D???

Come on breh, are we really blaming Brady on that dumb play call on a critical down? :mjlol:

Why the fukk did we call a play that has the slowest NFL player in history go out for a pass? A fukking 40 year old. So much could have gone wrong with that stupid shyt. The trick plays McD called early in the game were dumb. In the second half when he just let Brady play we scored almost at will.

Our D is hot garbage though. I can't blame this on Brady he tore it up. I could blame Brady and the offense for the fukkups in 07 and 12 but these dudes balled last night.

"You guys"...so everyone outside TheColi who watched that game saw the same thing except you because you have a narrative...it wasn't just the TD pass as he gave up other big plays...the Eagles first 3rd down conversion came on an underneath/inside route where he's(Rowe) not comfortable playing.. it was other areas of the game as well...it was a trickled down effect..Butler is better and more versatile..can play outside, slot, nickel(that's why he had played 98% of defense snaps all year and 100% for the playoffs) .....it forced everyone else to play out of position...

Hell even the Eagles knew what time it was and how crazy of a decision it was:

Eagles assistant: 'Crazy' that Patriots benched Malcolm Butler for Eric Rowe

He wasnt terrible now, but i get what you're implying

Maybe terrible wasn't the best word to use but basically the Saban/Kiffin relationship was so toxic at that point to where I don't think we would've played any better than we did that night if Kiffin worked the game.

I don't think that's why he got benched. Butler himself is on record as saying he had a poor season, but he could have helped the Patriots in theory.

Reading clearly isn't your strong suit, as I already stated Butler's rumored misdeeds were "alleged."

But for the purposes of this post, I'll assume an "insignificant infraction" is the reason.

If the standard of behavior is the standard of behavior, and that standard is to be respected, then the standard must be expected, enforced and protected at all times, especially when it isn't convenient for you to do so.

Look at it this way: If your girl cheats on you, forgets your birthday or does something disrespectful ... are you just gonna let that go because of that one time she snatched your soul with some leg quivering A-1 head a couple years ago?

the standard of behavior is the standard of behavior. She don't act like wifey, she don't get to be wifey.

Then again, this is the Coli. Posters have indicated they'll look past some things for a fat ass, etc.

You can miss me with all the extraneous, faulty analogies. :mjlol:

Sometimes you can inadvertently cut off your nose to spite your face! The bottom line is that the severe punishment (rumored) handed down by Belichick doesn't fit the purported violation & his decision to bench Malcolm Butler (only using him for special team play) in the Super Bowl was not only short sighted, it was egotistical & selfish, especially in a team oriented sport like Football. So not only did Belicheck's coarse actions (for whatever reason) cost him and the Patriots organization a possible Superbowl & additional acclaim in the history books, your best Cornerback is also a free agent next year & after this fiasco, more than likely won't resign with the team.

Ideally, nah. You are going to check her/bush her, depending on the transgression.

You just validated my original premise without even realizing it! :heh:

You don't give someone 10 years in prison for jaywalking. There are different levels of action or discipline that one should take depending on the severity of the situation. Furthermore, it's evident your comprehension is sorely lacking, as I distinctly mentioned in my prior post Malcolm Butler should have been punished if the allegations against him are/were true, but that the harshness & timing of the discipline was questionable.

I can't wait for the book on the Patriots to come out...that tell-all is gonna be fascinating. Just pure :ohhh::ohhh::ohhh:

Not even on some chatty patty shyt, I just wanna know how deep the rot went as far as cheating, locker room dynamics (that's a brutal system to play under), etc.

Tom still the GOAT QB but he fukked this one up.:ufdup:

If I'm gonna ride Lebron for losing the finals bragging about his triple double I can't excuse Tom for fumbling so late in the game :manny::manny::manny:

He took responsibility tho, so I gotta respect and :salute::salute::salute: that. No excuses always the way to go.

This Malcolm Butler story getting more :mindblown::mindblown::mindblown: by the minute. I hope breh defends himself from these accusations..."meltdown in front of the coaches" sounds like they're tryna act like he belonged in the psych ward or something...I know Beli is :demonic::demonic::demonic: enough to plant that sort of shyt so for brehs career sake I hope he goes on Undisputed and lets shyt fly to set the record straight and clear the air...you don't make a game winning INT with a delicate psychological makeup.

Anyways congrats to the Eagles, they won that game fair and square. Eagles fans got all rights to brag, talk shyt, etc. the next 12 months. Nick Foles as a backup QB took down Tom Brady. Shyt is legendary. :lawd::win::win::win::salute:
