I watched all those upn and wb shows, people have been saying this since day one. Y’all remember Desmond Pfeiffer the show about the slave UPN put out? Little Brother had skits all over The Minstrel Show album clowning UPN nobody argued

That show was actually kind of funnyand it didn't even have anything to do with slavery if im not mistaken. It just took place during a tine when slavery was still happening. He was the butler or some shyt and he was the smartest character on the show. All the white folks were idiots. It ain't like dude was Buckin his eyes and cuttin a jig during the show. He was a mastermind and they treated him with respect. The black people that boycotted probably didn't even watch it. White people hated the show too because it made Abraham Lincoln look dumb.

The only show that was really even came close to c00nin was the Wayans Bro's esp in the later seasons. I've seen some shyt on there that would not fly today with these bougie nikkas.

That's one of the reasons Bill Cosby was hated so much, why his show had to be wiped from our social consciousness, his legacy indelibly tarnished by trumped up charges of raping white women. Malcolm is a positive brother. He looks very healthy and sounds like his head is on right. Glad to see him doing well.

Cosby Show was streaming in its entirety on Amazon Prime, they'll never erase its legacy


I think all the Cosby kids got blackballed bc they were too talented to not go on to big careers (some may have wanted out of the spotlight though)

True as this is why is the general public so naive that they should be forcefully protected from consuming stereotypes about themselves. In reality those type of shows and media shouldn't have support.

Cosby fought and lost that battle because people themselves still have an appetite for those stereotypes. Since he's been gone we got the horrible tyler Perry sitcoms and the stuff UPN was on.

Not even touching on anything outside visual media but it's all the same. Buffoonery is in and people tune into it. It's like tryna save addicts by hiding the drugs. That ain't no cure or remedy. When folks stop being entertained by such shyt then there will be change. That's all there is to it. As long as is entertaining there will be opportunists to milk that.

It’s a very common for cast members on these tv shows to not really like each other. Your right it’s just like a job. Walk on set do what they have to do and go home.
