FWIW, there were 193 Black freshmen in last year's freshman class, or 11.6% of the total. So it's got a pretty decent Black community.

Surprisingly, only about 50% of the freshman class was non-Hispanic Whites.

Harvard pulls a lot of the elite non-White students from other elite schools. If you've got those kinda skills and don't want to go to a completely White-dominated university, it's not a bad place to be.

I don't like when people expect all black people to be focused on empowering their people. I'm happy when any black person attends college. Even junior college is valuable.
