Can't accept his mental health issues as an excuse. He passed on the person who refused to accept the cheque at the bank, he passed on the woman who wouldn't issue him a new cheque. He got into an argument with the brother and killed him after his demands were met.
The situation is fukked. Guy has a criminal record. You just know that in the brothers mind, he was doing everything possible to give him a second chance. Unfortunately, that wasn't appreciated. Rather than be thankful, he let resentment build to the point that he was just itching to kill him.

He’s lying tryna plead insanity. Crazy people don’t say “I did something stupid”. The fact that he said that shoes that he was self aware to know that murder was wrong. He a normal hot head dude with an itchy trigger finger.
i mean, i don't want to victim blame....but maybe when dude was hired he was on medication and appeared normal?
edit: and reading it again, looks like dude was fully aware of the guy's mental state. Maybe he just wanted to try to help by employing him.

Read the article he never took no medication. If you knew people with real mental illnesses they are harmless.
