A mother and daughter in Oklahoma, unfortunately, witnessed a naked man sexually assaulting a miniature pony. The shocked mother-daughter duo then started to film the man, who was inside a horse pen just off the road after they saw him allegedly "standing behind the pony full nude" and taking part in "what looked like he was having sex with the animal."
The authorities have alleged that 29-year-old Tyler Schlosser was around 40 minutes away from his home in Pryor, Oklahoma, at approximately 8:45 a.m. on August 1. He had been on his shift for a local utility company when he reportedly pulled the company truck over to the side at an intersection on County Road 4190 and Montrose Street, Inola.
According to an affidavit by the Rogers County Sheriff's Office, that was obtained by Newsweek, Schlosser "stopped what he was doing and started walking towards them" when he noticed that the women were recording his disgusting act on their cell phones. The daughter reportedly handed over the video to the authorities after they arrived at the scene. The affidavit stated that the married man, who is expecting a child, was arrested and charged with bestiality and indecent exposure.

James Hester, Schlosser's step-grandfather, told the publication that the man had no recollection of what had happened and that he believes Schlosser was drugged. He said: "Well, the only thing we can figure out is someone had drugged him." According to Hester, Schlosser had allegedly bought a soda before he was caught with the poor animal and became sick instantly after taking a few sips from the bottle. He said: "I think somebody put something in a bottle of pop he had. He got sick after he bought that pop and he just lost it."
Scott Walton, the Rogers County Sheriff, confirmed that the young man had shown some strange behavior which suggested that he was pretty drunk. He said: "By all appearances, this guy was really under the influence of something. When he saw the mother and her daughter he walked toward them and calling on them, and then, he ran away from them. What he was experiencing in his mind I don’t know."
Walton told Newsweek that the authorities are not ruling out the possibility that the man's soda bottle could have been spiked with something. He said: "If there was something put into a beverage for whatever reason—we’re certainly going to listen." Tests are being conducted in the lab to see if there were any drugs or other substances in Schlosser's system. Walton said: "We’re working with [Schlosser’s] defense attorney on a blood drawing to figure it out."
Hester said that Schlosser is back in his own home recovering, "I spoke to him and he doesn’t know anything about what happened. He’s feeling better now. He comes around." The step-grandfather stressed that Schlosser is faithful to his wife and religion and that he is a hardworking man. He told Newsweek: "Tyler’s not that kind of guy. He’s a good Christian boy. He’s not the kind of person who would do something like that."
Walton said that he is lending his support to the young man so that he can figure out what happened that day. Ever since the news broke of the alleged encounter with the miniature pony, the sheriff has been receiving many calls from citizens vouching for Schlosser's character. Walton said that Schlosser is a "respected man." He also admitted that many people have been having a good laugh about the incident.
Walton said: "A lot of people finding humor in it, but when we look at it, we see how many lives are affected by this. The family members of the man we arrested, and the ones who witnessed it." The sheriff also stressed that this incident was going to leave a permanent mark on the young man's life. He said: "Think about his life and his family’s life—10 years from now, 20 years from now—that’s a scar and a label you can’t move away from."
He also added that if Schlosser's sobriety was compromised in any way due to drugs or other substances, he would be sure to rule him out on any serious crime. He said: "If it turns out to be that someone did this to him than we have another crime to go after."
