I remember on Saturday's you'd get like nba inside stuff with rashad and willow bay/summer sanders then sometimes you'd get 3 straight games 1pm 4pm 7pm

I cried when we heard that music during the Olympics in 08 for basketball

And I'll cry again this summer when I hear it again

And anytime ppl post this NBA on NBC stuff, it's always from the 90's when the league was great. But Y'all forget about the early 00's NBA on NBC when the NBA sucked.

I didnt say it wasnt great, BUT it was only great when the NBA was great.

Like I said, y'all NEVER mention the Lakers/Net's, Net's/Spurs years of the NBA on NBC, b/c they SUCKED and the league in general was boring back then.

It's always the Jordan/Kemp/Olajuwon/Shaq/Knicks/Pacers, etc days.

and that's part of why NBC lost the NBA. Nobody was watching it near the end until the 02 playoffs

In the 2016-17 NBA season the NBA will have a chance to change networks which means that Comcast can get the rights back to the league for NBC Sports.
