Drive 46 miles one way?
Have you seen anything in regards to the work shortage? Stores, food spots, restaurants can't find workers.. or people who wanna work full time let alone part time.

I work in a hospital and they're giving people that were fully vaccinated before October $500 and people after $200 check separate from payroll. They're about to make it mandatory next month but offering people incentive to get it now so they don't have to worry about firing or losing staff all at once.

my exact street and my exact office location. 21 miles.
It takes like 45 minutes. sometimes an hour if traffic is on that extra BS. Just one way.
If OP has to travel 43 miles that's an hour and a half to two hours just one way
I'm pretty similar. I live 17 miles away from work and before working from home it would take me 30 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes to an hour to get home.
45 miles in the DC or Baltimore area is a deal breaker for me.
Make poor life decisions and then blame POTUS brehs.

Don't know how long you've been at the job but you should have found another job during WFH if the commute is too long.
My job just forced us to disclose our vaccination status also but I'm still unvaccinated so we'll see how it goes.
Don't think i'll be going back in the office until january given that I'm not vaccinated at all
I know someone that had NO CAR before the pandemic hit and was also commuting like 2 hours away.
I hope TO GOD they moved close or AT LEAST bought their own car!
