One of my best friends got charged with kidnapping cause his ex took the kids and moved to another state
And he picked them up and brought them back

not everyone will respond by grabbing the gun but alot of wild situations result from disputes over custody, child support, alimony, divorce etc.

That's probably why you see opinions all over the place because nobody really knows the true details
And we've seen this go many different ways in the past
