Yes, I'm assuming he's telling the truth.. just like most people would take a woman who says she divorced her husband because he was abusive's word for it.

let's see, mom decided he dont need to be near the kids, his own kids don't want to be near him, courts decided he shouldnt be near the kids, pregnant wife was being beaten by him and didn't want him near her kids.

His claim is that multiple people were in his wife's ear convincing her to pursue charges against him over the allegation. He claims that one of those people did so simply because he stopped being their friend.

Honestly his kids were pretty young like three or four. she probably was unsure if what they said meant what she thought it meant and others convinced her to pursue charges to be safe.
