Dude makes money, tries to justify it that he balls out.

but he can't bring a girl home, hell he can't even get a girl at a club with a table (he even says it himself). His mom does his laundry and cooks his food? :scust:

I understand what he's saying but he's still doing it wrong. I'm looking to get a house so I can rent out the rooms and then take that and get some more property. I ain't trying to be 35 and have to keep the volume down on my Netflix because Mom has to get up early in the morning.
He can book a hotel room.:manny: Quite easily in fact.

I read the first paragraph and couldn't read no more. You over 18, you make 6 figures, get the fukk out! I don't care how much you save, the life experiences I had as a early 20 year old scrounging together rent and figuring out life on my own and not being under my parents roof built character.
I just don't believe the money you save is worth the life experiences you miss. Imagine going to the club and having to sneak a chick home in your parents house. I have never experience that cuz I've lived on my own since 18.

"build character"

:mjlol:

He doesn't have to sneak a chick home to his parents house, he could get a 5 star hotel, smash and send her on her way while the average person who chose to "build character" will bring her to his mediocre home which is pretty much the worst thing you can do with random women you meet at clubs.

this is common.

my best friend works as an accounting for a private bank in nyc, and he told me a few of his co workers still live at home.

My friend lived at home with her parents till she was 32, she's a project manager at an investment bank.

Realistically, i don't think it was that bad, it's not like you can't go to the telly to fukk.... now she has a nice condo fully paid off by the whitestone bridge :ehh:

Thats what they don't understand... who do you think your parents are leaving a paid off house to?............ the children....
I'm just gonna sell that shyt. :scust: I don't like the neighborhood, or how far it's from the city. I'll just sell it to the sandcacs here in Brampton.

Better not leave that shyt to me. :mjpls:

If I'm making 130k and living it at home, its not going to be while also living like a moron.
I'd be investing the vast majority of what I make, hitting the gym every morning or evening, taking on new projects, and going for self improvement, instead of living like a financially brain-dead yuppie pretending I'm having the best years of my life.
That whole article read as fake to me too.
And he really went to a club and couldn't pick up a single woman :mjlol:

I mean you can live with your parents, granted they treat you like an adult. Then that's where it's beneficial. If a chick is like oh you live with your moms huh, she probably lives in a tiny shoebox anyway. Especially if it's Toronto.

If I get to this point I'd rather book a hotel room than buy a place when I don't see its benefit just to bring girls over.

I agree on the housing market.

That shyt is for the birds.

I'm am in no rush to be a homeowner.

I rather have excess cash than be tied down to a 30 year mortgage that might not even create a nice profit
