How many of you guys criticizing this dude are homeowners?? I'm a homeowner and it fukking sucks. Instead of pouring all of my time and money into the upkeep of my house I'd rather spend that time creating and that money adventuring. Yeah yeah, a house is a good financial investment, blah blah blah, but it ain't like property is the only way to make money. I'm not trying to be tied up in this anchor I call a house forever. I'ma flip it quick, rent a spot in the city and create memories fam.

Hmm.... I am going off of my peers, but we're all on the other side of 35 plus..... Didn't know the future of pharmacists weren't as bright as they once were...
I got an older partner that owns a pharmacy, and the other 2 work for a hospital..... They tell me that Walgreen/CVS grind is brutal
How is the market for pharmacy bad? Is it oversaturated or? what, there's new medicines being made and marketed on tv all the time. It's not like you can just order your shyt online like how ecommerce is cutting into other brick and mortar.
