A lot of these white cats that live with there parents are in basements or are in big ass houses with their own space. Your typical 1500 - 2000 sq ft house that a black family has, basically feels like prison life after 21.

This is depressing all of this guys friends who are also half members of his family clearly make several multiples more money than his salary and he's going near broke trying to keep up

I don't know how he is getting all this time off to do all that he says he does, and he could probably be slightly more wise with his money. But he is living the life he wants and I totally agree that its better to live life for experiences then to just do things because its what you are expected to do. And lets be real, he has over 50k in the bank despite his spending habits. While he could have a lot more, we just had a article posted that a lot of people don't even have 1k saved. So who is really wasting money out here, him or the average person living pay check to paycheck with no savings?

Dude is a lame. His parents are lame. And any chick that deals with him is a lame.
First, there's no good reason a 31 year old lives at home. Unless some catastrophic event happening, a grown person, especially a grown man, needs to be in his own place.
Second, he's super disrespectful to his parents for balling out while living on their dime. I didn't read, so maybe he contributes financially to the household. But even so, I'd be damned if my grown son is going to be living at my house while driving exotic cars or taking lavish trips. Grown men who live with their parents need to be working hard to get on their feet.
Third, this dude is a grown boy. Not a man. Men produce. Men provide. Men have their own sh#t. Men are the foundation for any relationships they enter with women. This dude exudes none of this.
The sad thing is, there's going to be dudes on here who applaud this because this is the diagram they're on or wish they were on. So many threads have been made on here applauding grown men living with mommy and daddy. And these same men complain about how the world perceives them.

My best friend makes 6 figures and stays at home. He broke it down to me like this, he works from 7am till 6pm 5 days a week and goes to the gym after work so he is only home to eat dinner and sleep. The chicks he smashes are jumpoffs that have their own spot so he just goes there when he wants some ass, and if he did buy his own home they wouldnt do shyt but try and move in with him so he is eliminating that option. He doesnt see why he should get a mortgage just to have a bed. He would only get his own place if he met a chick and they got serious enough to warrant it.
I cant argue with him. He has enough dough stacked to buy a house cash damn near anywhere he wants so i cant knock the hustle.

his parents house will be his in the future.......why go out and buy one............why even go out to be a coli fool and try to impress chicks.... hell there's always her crib or a nice ass weekend stay at a lavish hotel...
But why would a woman who has her own be with a guy who doesn't?
Dude going to stay at her spot, but when it's his turn to host, he's booking a hotel....in his own town
And these types of dudes are the first ones complaining about women and respect
