Seems like speculation but diet is really the main thing anyway...workout wise you can do a whole bunch of shyt but keeping that kind of diet is damn near a full time job. Thats why I can get ripped but cant put on weight for shyt

I hear ya, for me I keep falling short on the amount of protein I need and I don't want to rely on shakes
