Doing too much. When I work from home, I know my computer goes to sleep every 15 minutes.

So I just play Madden, 2K, watch HBO or whatever and make sure I move that mouse every 15 minutes or so.

I worked IT. Easy to run a SQL active server, user query or SCCM and see what apps you have installed. We don't have permission to log in without your permission. Best advice is to buy a mouse toggler without an app and get your wireless mouse moving on it.

Sidenote: fuq IT, I'm going back to being an analyst next week so I can sit on my ass and use a mouse toggler.

Not that I’m monitored but my wfh brehs look into the RacingMouse off Kickstarter. It’s a bluetooth mouse that is also a laser pointer and presentation pointer all in one. Range is like 40-50ft

I work maybe 6 hours and spend 2 hours goofing off playing games or doing whatever. Even the 6 hours I’m working I’ll have the news on or a tv show.

Caffeine is fine if you sign in on a separate device from your work computer. They can't do audits on that device but you'll still show active. Again though at the end of the day you should be getting your work done. Many places don't care about your status if you're getting your work done.
