This shyt got ya boy doin his googles.
My ideal mancave should be an office, sports sanctuary, videogame sanctuary, a bar, and general place of real nikka shyt (playing pool, cards, dominoes)... and finally on my wishlist should be an extension of the garage.
Something like this, without all that Americana and hunting shyt back there

Once you get going it's hard to not sink money into the a/v business. I worked for a store doing home and car audio install work, my checks were going right back to the store.
Got a friend in the business, he said 8K is gonna be the standard, it's already in play overseas. 4K is just a stepping stone...
I second thiswe need a official Ballin on a budget man cave thread
http://www.thecoli.com/threads/the-official-post-your-entertainment-setup-thread.5047/I don't have a cave, just a home theater setup in the living room. An official thread would be slick with pics and ideas.
Projectors aren't the best option for brehs that game heavy.Once you go projector you never go back. Doing this shyt isn't as expensive as some of yall think. I highly suggest the Benq w1070 projector as a great entry level one, you can get it for around $800. It's 1080p, 3d, sharp as a razor, very bright and has next to no input lag so it's ideal for gaming. It also can project up to 300 inches haha. If you have a light controlled room in your house you can build a great entry level home theatre for around $3000.
