I mean relatively speaking he was. He generated over a few million dollars over 2 years dealing drugs. All you need is to have 60 K to be named a kingpin (which is absurd) they confiscated about 900k in cash from him. But I know what you mean. He's not a kingpin if you count like Pablo as Kingpin then yeah, they're not in the same stratosphere. But he is if you count say a Rich Porter as one.

a lot of paperwork is UNSEALED considering if thier are still pending cases tied to that party ...
or thier is an ongoing investigation. ....
for example thier is an unsealed pending investigation into some BMF members from St. Louis that originated from the original indictment in 2006

well Mendecees is a cooperator.....Jones is a lot of things, and I have had many laughs at his expense, but he's not wrong on this. The proof is all over that first thread about his sentence.....if anyone really is passionate, just drag out his sentencing doc from Pacer, and I promise you will sealed motions before his sentence. Those are the downward departures for cooperation.
