I know that, but producers are also playing songs that they contributed to even if it was drum programming or something additional. For example, Timbaland played "Stronger". He programmed the drums on the album version of that song.

Well then you need to get your ears fixed, because musically being able to produce Lean Back and then in the same breath produce Let Me Love you and Me Myself And I is far more impressive to me. Mannie is a better beat maker and rap producer, that’s it.

As for taking those 5 years over any other producer I just got to laugh, Daz and Dre’s death row run alone shyts on that, as does the Trackmasters run, as does Neptunes and Timbo in terms of variety.

Much better matchup than T-Pain vs Scott Storch. T-Pain is my guy as an artist and even though I don't care for any Scott Storch beats after 2007 or 2008, Storch's career began around 93 or so, and that's just too much history to overcome.
