Mannie is very talented and easily New Orleans’s best.. but this was regional vs global.
The skits made it even worse, and turned it to man vs boy.
From a music fans perspective I can’t wait to see where this all goes, and it will get better..
Imagine if Timbo brings his beat machine. I can’t see anybody touching that.

If honest, I just reminded myself of how good mannie is. You’ve heard him flip samples live and play keys right.
Basically he came into this unprepared
Prepared it would have far closer.
Let’s not pretend though, playing keys and writing melodies probably does top drum machines and flipping samples.

How high a song charts is irrelevant to a BEAT battle. Skits took it old school, and the people that complained about them are the same ones that ask “how come original beats aren’t being used on mixtapes?”, when that’s how mixtapes started, and the same ones that complained about Pusha T “going too far” in a DISS song. Again, people who think Scott Storch won this battle simply prefer Beyoncé over Juvenile.

All puff would need to do is play his beats, he executive produced, 95 percent of anything that came out on badboy is his records. You will notice I stated executive producer battle not beat maker only battle
