He blinded Margarito who despite his lack of punching power was still one of the most Durable guys in the division
Cotto couldn't damage him and he landed a lot on him. It took Pac a lot of effort to damage fighters at the lower weights, power don't translate like that when you move up in weight
people already questioning if Rios is gonna have power at 147, but there's nothing suspicion on Pac for appearing stronger as he moved up in weight its just pure bias
