If you do not include Hakeem and Duncan because they both played college ball in the USA, then its clearly Dirk.

The best...no...debatable...but no...

Most decorated...not even close...Manu is BY FAR the most accomplished foreign basketball player EVER...

Nba titles...4

Euroleague...1...more than that but it gets to convoluted on what is Euroleague and what is not Euroleague so...1...

Gold Medals...3

Silver Medals... 3

Bronze Medals...I think 1

The chances of any basketball player on the planet playing professionally as long as manu winning in as many leagues as Manu and winning as many medals as Manu is right around fukking 0...

Probably the 4th most influential guard in the nba of the last 50 years...I hear players say Manu was their favorite player growing up almost as much as I hear Kobe Jordan and Iverson...one of the godfarthers of the flop...popularized the euro step to the point you probably can't even play at the professional level without it...

Hakeem was better and Dirk was better...but neither one of those guys ever did anything special on an international stage while Manu did probably the most a player can possibly do on an international stage...
