Some where in that statement you saying dirk was better either Kobe, Dwade, Lebron, Duncan, Tmac, or Amare
The best 5 players of the 2000s were James, Nowitzki, Duncan, Bryant and Garnett. You could debate the order any way you like but that’s the list.

Iverson and O’Neal being elite in 2000 doesn’t make up for them being awful in 2010. And Stoudemire’s peak didn’t carry the load the way Nowitzki’s did.

How?

TMac couldn't even get out the first round as either the 1 option or even as the 2 option in Houston at times.

Dirk took his team to NBA Finals as the guy. No Nash or Finley or Kidd.

Dirk did more work in a single postseason (where he lost to the Heat in 06) than TMac did in his ENTIRE career.
