Heartbreaking

I’ve mentioned it a few times in various threads. But I lived in India for nearly a year up until last spring

I took 10+ flights domestically in India on various airlines and never felt unsafe but no matter how much you fly there’s always that touch of anxiety

Worked in Chennai for a little over a month and took weekend flights to Goa, Fort Kochi, Mumbai, and Delhi.
Never felt unsafe.

Coincidentally worked for a company focused on Aviation ERP (Maintenance, Inventory, etc)

Goddamn it boeing. That company needs to be nationalized for the safety of the world.
:snoop:

We haven't had a single crash of an Airbus commercial plane in years. But these corrupt boeing execs have a plane fall out of the sky every single year. Sometimes multiple crashes in the same year. This time its a 787 :francis:
I watch the breakdowns of plane crashes and most of the time it's pilot error or a failure to properly maintain the plane.

Even the 737 max crashes were mainly due to boeing not requiring training for the new plane, both crashes could've been easily avoided if the pilots knew how to disable the mcas system, but boeing didn't feel it necessary to train the pilots.

There are certain speed references when it comes to take-off.

V1 is the point of no return. You can abort a takeoff roll anytime before you hit that speed marker. After that, its Vr which is rotation speed aka liftoff.

You cannot abort a takeoff roll after V1 without pretty much having catastrophic consequences.
Thank you. I know a little about the V1 thing. I just thought since it took them much of the runway maybe it was possible to abort.

The plane used all of 11,000 plus feet of the runway to take off. Engines weren’t giving enough power to sustain lift…

t-dot till they bury me
I'm going to hell for saying this, I know

But it needs to be said

Is this gonna reduce the "scam likely" phone calls and Rahjeet over in an Indian slum telling me his name is John and asking personal info?

If not, maybe they can have a couple more plane crashes. I hate your dirty civilization I hate all the 5 6 potbellied Hindus who walk around with an air of superiority, meanwhile they getting bullied by monkeys and worship rats. The rats are reincarnations of their goddess :mjlol:

I can't think of another country I have these types of feelings for

fukk y'all :pacspit:
