what makes the most sense is that even though deandre didn't talk to cuban directly, his agent Dan Fegan promised cuban a final meeting (that was being reported earlier) and sometime during cuban's flight Fegan realized that both him and cuban were banned from coming to the house. So like agent like client, Fegan just decided not to answer Cubans calls once he landed because he woulda felt real stupid trying to explain why he told Cuban to fly over to Texas for no reason.

Once cuban couldnt contact Fegan or Deandre, he started messaging other people that would know deandres address. I dont see why Cuban would have known it beforehand, he was probably relying on Fegan and once Fegan ducked he started to panic

In fact, I even said that it would be unethical for Cuban to give DapAndre's address to Broussard, which implies that Cuban does know DapAndre's address. And I will reiterate again, that it wouldn't be the most shocking thing in the world if Broussard was right.

thats why i also said he could own multiple properties in houston. remember his mom was there in the picture when he signed the contract. its possible he was staying at his moms home.

and FYI, i never said broussards report was 100% true and that cuban or fegan didn't know deandre's address. i just argued that it was POSSIBLE that the report was true. the idea that deandre's agent or cuban wouldn't know his address isn't some ridiculous notion if you accept the possibility deandre owns multiple homes.

multilple homes = multiple addressses

its easily possible that the only address fegan and his agency had on record was deandre california address. or maybe just one of deandre's homes in houston. u nikkas need to stop assuming that you understand the way rich folks live. they live completely different than we do. i've worked with guys who don't even know the addresses to all the homes they own.

its easily believable to me that cuban or deandre agent didn't know the address of the home he was staying at.
