what makes the most sense is that even though deandre didn't talk to cuban directly, his agent Dan Fegan promised cuban a final meeting (that was being reported earlier) and sometime during cuban's flight Fegan realized that both him and cuban were banned from coming to the house. So like agent like client, Fegan just decided not to answer Cubans calls once he landed because he woulda felt real stupid trying to explain why he told Cuban to fly over to Texas for no reason.

Once cuban couldnt contact Fegan or Deandre, he started messaging other people that would know deandres address. I dont see why Cuban would have known it beforehand, he was probably relying on Fegan and once Fegan ducked he started to panic

Odds are he eventually got it, but at that point he probably went to hoopshype and was like

Agents usually have all the reporters contact info so they could leak info to everyone at once. If it's a player or someone in their inner circle, they might play favorites to an individual reporter.

Who's to say Fegan isn't one of the people Cuban was trying to contact yesterday? Maybe DJ told him to ignore all contact from Cuban.

I don't see how a verbal agreement means he would have the address. First of all, they met in LA, not Houston. So just because DJ verbally agrees to a deal doesn't mean Cuban would have that info. Besides, Jordan probably owns a few different properties across the country.

Parsons spent like a week in Houston with dj and his family . Idk I find it hard to to think Cuban couldn't find his address
