it's a long shot but anything is possible now. bill simmons asked him about it on his podcast and kyrie kind of tip toed around it and just said he loves boston.
When Simmons said he was going to remove Kyrie's shyt from some website he's affiliated with - Kyrie is supposed to be doing a podcast or SOMETHING. I don't recall - and all Kyrie said was, 'You'd have my stuff removed??'
Let's run it back ...
- Knicks were on his list.
- He told Porzingas he'd love to play with a big man like him during AS weekend.
- Two months ago, a report came out that Kyrie wanted to play for the Knicks, and that he was telling his teammates in Cleveland he REALLY wanted to play for them.
- A few weeks ago a report about Kyrie's interest in the Knicks came out AGAIN, from a different source.
- Bill Simmon said what he said, and Kyrie didn't outright deny it and even, as you said, side-stepped it.
- MOST importantly, Kyrie continues saying AFTER the season is over, he'll sit down with Danny and address everything. Problem with that is, if won't address it until then, that is forcing Danny's hand, because there is a chance they can lose him for NOTHING. You can't lose Kyrie for nothing.
That is WAAAY too much smoke, man.
Where are all of these Knick reports coming from? Respected sources. shyt, I forgot even Stephen A. Smith went a little crazy a few weeks ago because everybody is acting like these reports of Kyrie to the Knicks is news, when he was the FIRST that reported it.
I don't know if he'll stay in Boston, but nobody can convince the rumors about him to the Knicks are coming from nowhere.
