While it will be interesting to see what Bennett will do, I can't help but shake my head at the fact that Bennett can skip NXT while Balor, Joe, Owens, McIntyre, Black, Nakamura, and Roode had to go to NXT :dahell: Talk about being inconsistent, Mike B ain't on AJ Styles' level to be skipping NXT :mjlol:
Total Divas must gonna be filming soon

He's going straight to SD cause he has Maria and lets be honest, he'll probably just be a jobber or barely appear on TV like Dillinger and Alpha.

I think he's really there as an extra house show body.

I doubt that he left a good push at TNA just to be a straight to main roster WWE jobber.

I really don't know anything about the guy, but from what I've heard, he's not a standout talent in anyway. I suspect he's just there because they decided they really wanted Maria back, but I'm willing to give him a chance. Not mad at the idea of SD trying to create a new Miz/Maryse pairing though, if that's truly the idea. I just hope Maria never becomes a full-time wrestler.

If WWE was signing people they actually liked I'd agree with you but right now they're just signing any decent cat who can speak a lick of English to a contract. Maria pushes him past NXT but if the way midcarders go missing on SD, I don't see how he could become a big part of the show.

Edit: Surprised how many people don't know dudes from TNA and ROH.

That's the thing though, they can promise him anything before he signs, and after ink drys, maybe they have a good angle for him, maybe a really good storyline to start, or maybe creative don't know what to do with him, dont have space for him. These kind of guys don't have it in their contract "I will be used exclusively as a mid to top tier talent". If you come into a company and don't pan out for really a variety of reasons, there's nothing you can do. But taking a chance with WWE is way better financially, and career-wise, than staying with Impact.
