I should go looking for those "Mariota will get exposed in the combine" posts". Both guys looked great.
Yeah I don't get how people can dismiss throwing 18 interceptions on a team that's more talented than most of the teams they face.
Remember the Louisville & Florida game, multiple times they dropped interceptions too. He could easily be up to 20-25 interceptions, that's horrible for a college QB

Jameis had to make plays on almost every drive if they had a chance at winning. Not to mention all of those comeback wins last season. Like against Louisville Jameis had 3 INTs but FSU was losing 21-0 at halftime. They won 42-31 because Jameis threw 5 TDs
I would a lil worried about the INTs but it doesntr drop his stock, especially after that combine performance

The picks are a problem in the "this could be his downfall" sense, not in a "don't draft the dude in the top 3" sense. The talent, mind, and success are more than enough to overcome the worries about the picks...but no one has a crystal ball that says it will be enough in the NFL.

You do know against the blitx and on deep balls Marcus mariota is amongst the best in the nation right?
Like the advanced statistics reflect, Mariota displayed deep ball and intermediate accuracy issues at his pro day. His proficiency against the bliz is good but that shouldn't take precedence over the fact he has poor footwork and mediocre arm strength outside the numbers:
In the above "highlight video", some of Mariota's notable throws are too slow and flighty. They will get picked off in the NFL. The guy can't even master footwork well enough to show out at his pro day, let alone in the NFL. Mariota is

Seriously, if Mariota falls to the 2nd half of the 1st round, Chip Kelly will go nuts. Heck, if he even falls out of the top 10, I have trouble imagining the Eagles not trading up for him.
